Our pursuit begins with choice. We source exclusively top-grain, ethically raised hides from historic tanneries in Europe. Only the upper 5% of raw leather is selected for its unblemished natural grain and enduring fiber structural integrity.

Time is our primary ingredient. Over a painstaking 48-hour period, master artisans employ historical saddle-stitching techniques that no machine can duplicate. If any single thread ever breaks, the structural seam remains intact.

We culminate with meticulous precision. Every seam is hand-creased, and each raw edge is heat-sealed and hand-burnished multiple times to a satin sheen. No piece leaves the Alani atelier without a complete 12-point inspection signature.
